## Current recommended deck source

The 29 July 2026 investor research recommends the following 12-slide sequence:

1. One roofer. Two markets.
2. The difference is what arrives before the price.
3. The market already found the better order.
4. Roover brings that order to the home.
5. From an address to a job.
6. Why now.
7. A large recurring installed base.
8. What exists, and what is different.
9. What we have built; what we are proving.
10. One engine, several front doors.
11. The conditional company.
12. The round.

This is the preferred basis for the next angel/send-ahead deck. It does not yet replace `angel-proof-deck-source-v1.md` until Mike approves the artifact-level rewrite.

## Artifact creation rule

Every new artifact must state:

- audience;
- format;
- purpose;
- date and status;
- technical spine source;
- proof register version;
- whether it is canonical, audience-specific, working or historical.

Never make a deck, Loom or memo the sole home of a durable company decision.
